Cheating at Total mall - sarjapur road
May 1 2015, I went to Sarjapur Road total mall around 8 PM, I took many stuff and one of the item was 500 Gm Kaju (Item Code: KAL CAS W320 50), time of billing: 21:24:55 - 1st May 2015. They had clearly displayed tupper ware box (cost of around 149) free with this Kaju, and when I went to customer service counter, they said there is no such free item with this. Then I went to one of the manager (named Prakash), he said that Tupper ware box is not available and they gave me 20 Rs box and then he went, after then again I argued with Customer service counter and told them that you clearly mentioned that 149 Rs worth of Tupper ware Box is available with this Kaju and you are giving me 20 Rs small box, but they didn't listened and ignored me. Total mall staff are very irresponsible.
While I was shopping at the Cosmetics section, I noticed a female staff of total mall, came and took some Nivea body lotion(displayed for sale) and applied to her hands and left. Even though, I was starring at her, she didnot feel guilty and she walked away happily. Is this how they server to the customers? These shops have security surveillance for shop lifters, but how come these cheap tricks by their own staff has not been noticed by the management. This speaks about their management. The staff is very unfriendly, full of attitude and they never help the customers.

Cheating at total mall sarjapur road
I didnt thought that they can do some thing like this. Be carefull that you may be the next victim. This weekend I went to Total Mall. My Bill amount was around 1500/-. While coming near the security I noticed that 3 items were still lying in the trolley. Total cost of them was around 70/-. There were two possibliitiies here. Either they were not billed or the packing boy didnt put them inside. To verify, I asked the supervisor to check in the bill if they are billed or take it back. To my surprise, He called another supervisor and both of them took me to a room and grilled for 1 hour. They checked each item against the bill and asked me to pay a fine of 1000 and to sign in a document that I have stolen them and please forgive. Till now, I dont understand what mistake I have done and who is the real thief here. I am sure, these supervisors would have got hike and promotion at the expense of me. But at what cost. Is this the way to treat customers?

Billing fraud -- pls be aware of total mall, orr
I get pissed off with Total every time I visit. On an average of 15 items, I have 3-4 billing problems....strangely...they are all billed at higher price. 1) I take rice bag - sticker carried atleast Rs.3 higher per kg tag 2) I take toor dal economy, billing was for premium 3) half the veggies/fruits -- they are billed higher....it happened to me with spinach and papaya. I had to return papaya as they were taking too much time to figure out. I could get rice and spinach billed properly....my bad I missed toor dal. I realised it only after coming home!! Huh! Pls pls check very carefully if u do happen to visit total mall

I too severely pissed off and decided to never visit ORR Total mall. Apart from billing fraud, I had to pay to a damage cost of Rs 1000/- to them as my daughter fell on floor and which indirectly resulted in a vase damage.
I think for a mall like total it was no problem able to accomodate it some how but they made me pay.
I wish they loose multi times Rs 1000/- which they made me to pay. No courtesy and respect for customers.

Bad Experience Total mall Doddanekkundi ORR
They made me pay for a damage cost of Rs 1000/- for a vase which fell and got broken as my 4 year old daughter fell. They also told me that they doing a favor not charging me more. I have decided never to visit them again. Its not about Rs 1000/- but more about their attitude. They have zero customer respect and then I strongly feel that they could have easily accomodated this vase thing without charging. I have seen smaller shops doing it. They are only after money. They don't have any respect or consideration for any customer.

Total Mall, Doddenakkundi, ORR Bangalore billing fraud
Please check the bill amount & the items very carefully before you leave the billing counter. I had to wait 10 min. to get one item deleted from my bill and they showed me that they have deleted the amount. To my surprise, when I calculated the bill amount after returning back to home, I found they have charged for the item so deleted. Even after making phone calls, they are not receptive at all. Moreover, they have not also given the discount on one item which they displayed on the counter. I Have decided not to visit them any more.

I am also utterly pissed off with them. My case the billing issue has been very small amount so I never bothered.
But my last visit my 4 year old daughter fell which damaged their vase and they charged me Rs 1000/- for that. They are people with no customer respect.

Theft by a staff in total mall, old airport road
On August 23, 2010, I along with my kin went to total mall for shopping, unfortunately our mobile phone was flicked by a guy called Shankar from the saree section.It was reported to the security personnel but no action was taken against the guy nor was he frisked. The CCTV fixed there too couldn't trace the culprit. The security personnel easily palmed it off to the police & hence did not support at all. I want to teach all of them a lesson & do not want that guy to get away easily. Therefore I am posting in this website to seek some help!
